What kinds of insurance do you accept?
At this time, we do not utilize insurance. It is still important to have insurance to cover medications, specialists, radiological testing and such. In many cases, we can actually get radiology testing done for cheaper than an insurance copay. Which is crazy, but that's how the insurance industry works. We are trying to break down these walls.
In the future, we plan to dispense many common medications. We will be able to buy medications wholesale and would like to include many medications in our plan.
How do I pay my bill?
When you sign up for our Primary Care Plan, the payment is taken out monthly. At any time you may cancel without any grief or ridiculous sales pitches. We want you to like us. So we are pretty laid back.
If you do cancel however, and then later want to start again, there will be a reinstatement fee. Simply, because we know some indiviudals may abuse our system and utilize us for one month to get things done and then cancel. If you have financial issues...we are very understanding and work with you.
Do you offer emergency care services?
We do not provide emergency services. Call 911 if you are experiencing any emergent symptoms.
We are capable of simple suturing, staples, surgical glue, wound care, inserting foley catheters, abscess incision and drainage and many other small procedures.
Who can join?
Anyone. Are you worried about joining because of legal issues or immigration status? We honestly do not care about anything but your health, so you are safe with us.
